Cancellation / Prepayment:
- A reservation is confirmed by payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
- No fee is charged to cancellation prior to 15 days before confirmed arrival date.
- The deposit is not refundable in case of cancellations less than 15 days before arrival and non shows.
- The payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
Extended Stay:
When booking more than 15 days, different policies and additional supplements may apply
Children and extra beds:
Children can be accommodated at the apartments but there is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
